Every community has traditions that bring people together, and for Rushcreek FC, it was an honor to be part of the Bremen Fourth of July Parade as our club celebrated both our inaugural season and our nation's 250th anniversary.
Players, families, coaches, and volunteers proudly walked through downtown Bremen carrying our inaugural season banner while handing out Rushcreek FC bracelets and sweet treats to spectators along the parade route. Although the July heat made for a warm afternoon, the smiles, waves, and conversations with community members made every step worthwhile.
As a new club, opportunities like these are about much more than soccer. They are about building relationships, giving back to the community that supports us, and proudly representing Rushcreek FC beyond the soccer field. Seeing our players walk together, represent the club with pride, and interact with families throughout the parade was a reminder of what community sports are truly about.
We are incredibly thankful to every player, parent, coach, and volunteer who spent part of their holiday celebrating with us. Your willingness to give your time continues to shape the culture we are building at Rushcreek FC.
As we continue our inaugural season, we look forward to participating in more community events and finding new ways to serve the families and towns that make our club possible.
